Designs For Good



In addition to donating 10% of all our profits after tax to charity, our Designs for Good program sets aside $10 from each rug purchase for donation to our favorite local, national, and international charities:

Agape International - An organization that cares for orphans and families devastated by AIDs in India.

Camden Area Christian Food Pantry - A group of Christian churches working to provide food to anyone with need in the Camden area.

Doctors Without Borders - An independent international medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, or exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries.

Go Malawi - An organization with local roots and global impact, supporting orphans and vulnerable children in rural Malawi, empowering them to create a self-sustaining community through programs in education, health care and commerce.

Heifer International - Dedicated to relieving global hunger and poverty by providing gifts of livestock and plants, as well as education in sustainable agriculture, to financially-disadvantaged families around the world.

Mid-Coast Habitat For Humanity - An ecumenical Christian housing ministry founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, decent, affordable place to live in dignity and safety.

Project Peanut Butter - A non-profit providing nutritional and medical support to children suffering from acute malnutrition in Sub-Sahara Africa and beyond.

Seeds of Peace - Dedicated to empowering young leaders from regions of conflict with the leadership skills required to advance reconciliation and coexistence through their internationally recognized program model that begins at the International Camp in Maine.

The Smile Train - The world's largest and most cost-effective cleft charity.
