ORDERS How do I place an order? Will I be charged sales tax? How do I calculate shipping and handling? What if an item is on back order?
RETURN POLICY Retail Customers Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. No refunds. Please email jessica@joellendesigns.com for a return form. Attach a copy of your invoice to the return form and enclose with merchandise in its original condition and packaging. Please allow 10 business days for returns processing. We do not accept COD shipments and shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased directly from Jo Ellen Designs may not be returned to any of our dealers. Any products purchased at a retail store must be returned to the location where original transaction occurred. Wholesale Customers Claims must be submitted to Jo Ellen Designs within 7 days of delivery date. Contact us at (207) 236-1160 or e-mail jessica@joellendesigns.com. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. Your card will be refunded within five business days upon receipt of your return. We do not ship COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
